Return and Cancellation Policy

Before the service begins

If you are entitled to a statutory cancellation period, you may cancel in accordance with your applicable statutory rights. Because HolidayMeds is designed to provide a service promptly, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request that performance begins before the end of any applicable statutory cancellation period.

Once work has begun

If you request that HolidayMeds begins providing the service during an applicable cancellation period and subsequently cancel before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided, where permitted by law.

Once the service has been fully performed

Where the service has been fully performed during an applicable cancellation period following your express request for early performance and the legally required acknowledgement concerning loss of the cancellation right has been obtained, your statutory right to cancel may cease.

If a doctor declines to issue a prescription

Payment for the HolidayMeds service does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Whether a prescription is clinically appropriate is determined independently by the reviewing doctor. The refund position where a doctor declines to issue a prescription will be the position clearly presented to you before you place your order, together with any applicable statutory rights.

Problems with our service

If the HolidayMeds service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or does not conform to your statutory rights, please contact us. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.

How to request cancellation or a refund
