These Terms govern your use of the HolidayMeds website and services.

The HolidayMeds service
HolidayMeds provides a travel health documentation and prescription facilitation service. HolidayMeds enables eligible users to submit relevant information for assessment by a doctor appropriately registered and authorised to practise in an EU Member State. Where the reviewing doctor considers it clinically appropriate and legally permissible, the doctor may issue a prescription intended for use within the European Union.
HolidayMeds is not a pharmacy. PHARMAPREMIUM LTD does not through HolidayMeds sell, dispense, supply or deliver medicines. No medicine is included in the HolidayMeds service fee.
Independent clinical decision
Submission of a request or payment of a service fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The reviewing doctor makes an independent clinical decision. HolidayMeds does not direct or interfere with that decision. The doctor may request additional information or decline to issue a prescription.
Information you provide
You must provide truthful, complete and accurate information, including requested information concerning medical conditions, allergies, current medication and other treatment. You must not impersonate another person or submit a request on behalf of another person unless expressly permitted.
Prescriptions
A prescription, where issued, is issued by the reviewing doctor and may only be used by the person for whom it was issued. You must not fraudulently alter, transfer or permit another person to use your prescription. Issuing a prescription does not guarantee that a pharmacy will accept or dispense against it. Individual pharmacies and pharmacists remain responsible for deciding whether they can lawfully and professionally dispense a prescription presented to them.
Use within the European Union
Prescriptions provided through the service are intended for use within the European Union. Requirements concerning prescription recognition, particular medicines, controlled medicines and dispensing can vary between jurisdictions. It remains your responsibility to present the prescription to an appropriate pharmacy and comply with applicable local requirements.
No medicine supplied by HolidayMeds
HolidayMeds does not operate a dispensing pharmacy through this service, sell medicines, dispense medicines, supply medicines, deliver medicines or require you to obtain medicine from a particular pharmacy. Any subsequent transaction with a pharmacy is separate from your contract with HolidayMeds.
Not an emergency service
HolidayMeds is not an emergency medical service. Do not use HolidayMeds if you require urgent or emergency medical assistance. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency medical service. The service is not a substitute for an in-person medical assessment where one is clinically required.
Charges
The price displayed before payment is the charge for the HolidayMeds service and does not include the cost of any medicine. Pharmacy charges are separate.
Cancellation and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Because the service may involve personalised work and clinical assessment beginning shortly after an order is placed, cancellation rights may be affected once performance has begun at your request. Where applicable, you will be informed before purchasing if you are being asked to request commencement during a statutory cancellation period. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
Misuse
We may refuse, suspend or cancel a request where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, false information, attempted prescription alteration or other unlawful activity.
Website availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and may suspend or alter the service for operational, security, legal or regulatory reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. PHARMAPREMIUM LTD remains responsible for the HolidayMeds services it provides. Doctors and other independent healthcare professionals remain professionally responsible for their own clinical decisions and professional conduct. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may additionally have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections applicable to them which cannot lawfully be excluded.
